Applicant's experience should include ONE or more of the following: 1) Framing 2) Installing deck and/or fences 3) Laying various types of flooring 4) Drywall 5) Installing windows/doors 6) Removal and installation of roofing 7) Installing cabinets and/or countertops Skills & Qualifications: - 1 years of construction experience - Reading a tape measure - Operating a skill saw - Must be skilled in carpentry duties - Must be a person of high character and integrity - Must be self motivated and energetic - Must have an eye for detail and always strive to produce the highest quality work - Must be able to work well with others and keep a positive environment - Must be able to motivate others in an effective manner to work efficiently - Must be able to work alone if needed and produce at a high level - Have good communication skills - Must be tobacco and drug free - Must have clean driving record - Must have own basic construction bag/tools - Experience in roofing a plus - Experience in drywall and painting a plus We have a drug-free work policy, applicant must be able to pass drug and alcohol tests. Applicant needs to possess a valid drivers license in case of driving company vehicle. Applicant should also have reliable transportation to/from work at our Medford/Central Point shop.
