This is an experiential mind/body, sensory journey, designed to make you FEEL. Intuitive movement, powerful visualization, intense music, mind-bending breathwork and healing Reiki energy. Using movement to help you drop into your body and guided visualization to shift you into that state of alignment and flow. I’ll lead you through powerful breathwork allowing the new changes in your mind & body to take root. We’ll close with a Reiki healing to clear any remaining stagnant energy and re-balance your system. I'm looking forward to sharing your journey.
