Found Long Hair Grey Cat W/Black Collar

10th Street near Cheryl Ave. (near Peoria Ave), Phoenix AZ

Will try to get picture. On January 20th a long haired grey cat is staying near my home as I rescue cats in my area and this cat came upon my outdoor cat food feeding area. It has a plain black nylon type collar on. One end is dangling down from its neck. It will not let me get too close to it as is very scared. The home area where it is located is 10th Street and Cheryl Drive. Several blocks south of Peoria Avenue.
