LA GRANGE HIGHLANDS, IL — A 41-year-old La Grange Highlands woman, who went missing Thursday, was reported as found Tuesday afternoon, according to the Cook County Sheriff's Office.
Officials provided no details on the circumstances of her return or information on where she was. She was identified as Crystal Michelle Lettiere.
In an interview Monday, Lettiere's aunt, Antoinette Hackett, told Patch she had sent information about her niece to www.missinginillinois.org, which has posted information to its Facebook page.
Lettiere is described as white, about 5 feet, 10 inches, 160 pounds, and having blond hair (with multiple wigs) and blue eyes. The sheriff's office said she was wearing a hat, a possibly black or brown jacket, ripped blue jeans and winter boots.
In the interview, Hackett said her niece was last seen about 8 a.m. Thursday at her house on Sunset Avenue, where family members were present. She was last seen by people outside the family the previous evening at the Walgreens in La Grange Highlands, where she picked up a prescription.
Lettiere's car is described as a black Nissan SUV four-door, with a golf ball affixed to the top, Hackett said.
"She doesn't have any money," Hackett said. "She took her laptops with her."
Lettiere's mother died in late 2019. Lettiere has two children, her aunt said.
