Not the meditating type? This class is designed to dispel common misconceptions about meditation while providing clear instruction on how to begin meditating. Meditation helps to increase focus, heighten overall sense of wellbeing, and decrease anxiety and depression - sounds like a pretty good payoff for sitting silently, right? The first 20 minutes of this class is a mini vinyasa flow, designed to increase heart rate and release stagnant energy. The last 40 minutes is discussion/meditation practice. Come get your zen on with us!
