ELMHURST, IL — Patch submitted questionnaires to the three candidates for Elmhurst mayor in the April 6 election. All responded. The candidates are aldermen Michael Bram, Scott Levin and Mark Mulliner. They are vying to succeed Steve Morley, who decided against running again after serving two terms.
