Press release from the City of Rancho Santa Margarita: February 1, 2021 The County of Orange has launched a one month open application period during February for rental households with unpaid rental and/or utility bills in arrears up to $10,000 per household. Orange County was allocated $65,576,556 from the U.S. Department of the Treasury to implement the Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA) Program. The ERA Program provides funding to assist households unable to pay rent and utilities due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
