Let’s welcome the new Aquarian Age with positive vibrations. We will start by creating a sacred container, smudging every person with sage, to clear away any stuck energies, and setting intentions for the week. You will be guided through a body-scan, to check in with yourself, and open the space with a few minutes of pranayama (breathing-exercises) and mantra-meditation (repeating affirmations). Then, we will prepare for Savasana (rest) for Reiki energy & sound healing that will leave you melting to the floor. Everyone is welcome. All ages + Families encouraged. In this 90-min journey, you will receive: -Smudging + Aromatherapy (w/ DoTerra essential oils) -Intention setting (to prepare for the week -Astrological update and intention setting -Guided body scan (chakras) -Mantra meditation (affirmations) -Reiki Energy Healing -Sound Healing (Crystal & Tibetan sound bowls, Harmonium, Ukulele)
