SEEKING CARE-GIVER PARTICIPANTS TO INTERVIEW FOR RESEARCH STUDY

I am seeking participants to volunteer for a research project focused on understanding the experiences of self-identified high performing employees who willingly go above and beyond the requirements of their job descriptions and expectations. To participate in this research, you must be at least 18 years old, reside in the United States of America and be proficient in English language. You must either be currently employed at a caregiving organization, or previously employed for at least 6 months at a caregiving facility. You must self-identify as having willingly performed beyond the required expectations of your job roles working in a caregiving organization and have clarity in your role within the organization. You will be asked to complete an initial phone interview to assess eligibility, which will take about ten minutes. Potential participants who meet the research criteria will be randomly selected to participate in the research study. Participants who accept the invitation will be asked to complete a 60-90-minute zoom interview sharing your experiences about your high performance at your workplace. My goal through this research is to contribute to the understanding of the factors that drive employees to be high performers in their respective workplaces. The interview will be audio taped and transcribed. All information provided will be confidential. An official invitation to participate in study will be sent out individually.
