To help ensure we have enough volunteer support for our Family Life ministry, please let us know which service you plan to attend and how many children you'll have in each class. We are requiring that each family bringing kids to our Family Life Ministry signs a waiver. You can access the waiver here. We’ll also have extra copies available when you drop off your children.
