Windgate Ranch is excited to welcome "Wandering Donkey" and "Crazy Stuffed Breads". Join us at the Community lawn or to-go! We want to meet your dog! We encourage everyone to bring their furry companions out to enjoy the event with them. Our Community Partners, AZ Foothills Animal Rescue will be joining in on the fun as well! https://foothillsanimal.org/ We are adhering to all CDC and state guidelines. To remain compliant with the Governor's recent executive order there are to be no more than fifty people for any indoor or outdoor gatherings. To attend this event we are asking all residents to sign up in advance for either in-person dining or pick-up to go. The maximum capacity for each option will be fifty persons but the to-go option will be for each hour of the event. To find all of the available sign-ups please select "details" on the far right of this page. In order to attend a social event sponsored by the association, please review the guidelines below. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our community as healthy as possible. Guidelines are subject to change as new executive orders and mandates are introduced. 1. HEALTH & SAFETY a. I agree I will not attend this event if I am sick or exhibit the signs or symptoms of COVID-19. b. I confirm I do not have any signs and symptoms related to COVID-19 and have not been knowingly exposed to a person diagnosed with COVID-19 or suffering signs and symptoms of COVID-19. c. I agree to comply with requests from the Association to promote a healthy and safe facility for management employees, neighbors, and guests. 2. FACE COVERING a. Per the AZDHS requirements and Maricopa County ordinance, I agree to wear a face-covering while attending this event except while eating or drinking. 3. SOCIAL DISTANCING a. I agree to keep 6 feet of physical distance between myself and other members and staff (even while wearing a face covering) while at the event and in the community center buildings. I will be respectful to the Association staff as they enforce this mask requirement. 4. CLEANLINESS a. I agree to keep my hands washed/sanitized while using the community center and amenities. 5. WAIVER I voluntarily assume all risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself or to the members of my family or my guests (including but not limited to personal injury, disability, illness, and death) that may result from my attendance at this social event during the COVID-19 pandemic (“Claims”). I hereby release, agree not to sue, indemnify, and hold harmless the Association and its directors and officers, managing agent, and their respective employees (“Released Parties”) from the Claims. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of the Released Parties, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after attending this event. I acknowledge and agree that this waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Arizona. I also acknowledge and agree that this waiver shall be binding upon and enforceable against me, my personal representatives, spouse, assigns, heirs, and next of kin without limitation.
