Need to remove lead paint from windows

I'm in the middle if a coty lead inspection. And i have some older metal framed windows that may have lead and I would like it to be removed or possibly replaced. This property is in a historical district and there are certain changes that eould he allowed as far as replacing. NEED DONE ASAP.
