We have an opportunity for a person interested in a shop/factory setting. The primary duties will be wearing a full air feed helmet and coveralls to operate a sandblasting unit. Other times, the work will be general shop duties including use of a paint spray gun inside a paint booth. To save your time, the following are some specifics of the job. If you are not comfortable with ANY 1 of the items, then this opportunity will not work out. Candidate must be ready/willing/able to submit to a drug test at any time if/when our insurance company requires. Candidate may not be under the influence of or use marijuana during work hours and/or on the property. 2. Candidate has the ability to get to/from Warren each day and work 8 hours 3. Candidate is able to lift parts that weigh up to 40 pounds 4. Candidate is able to work in a shop where phones, headphones or any other entertainment listening device must be left in their vehicle or secure lunch room. Prolonged visits to the rest room will presume an illness and end the workday. 5. Candidate is able to work with 1 - 15 minute break in the morning and again in the afternoon and 1 - 30 minute lunch break. There are no other cigarette breaks and the building is a non-smoking facility. Pay is dependent on experience and raises are based on performance.
