Handyman Service in Point Loma looking for a personable, trustworthy and highly competent skilled Appliance Repair Man with Handyman experience. DUTIES - Complete appliance repair, maintenance, and installation - Light electrical (light switches, outlets, ceiling fans and lights, Ring doorbells and security lights) - Light plumbing (faucets, toilets and garbage disposals) - Sheetrock wall repair, painting, and mounting of TV's/fixtures/art/shelves/etc. - Gutter cleaning and repair - Door adjustment, fencing, flooring, screen repair MUST HAVES - At least 4 years of appliance repair work experience (2-3+ years of handyman experience preferred) - Own hand tools - Reliable transportation - Valid CA Driver’s License - Cover driving area of Point Loma (1-3 mile radius) - Detail-oriented - Consistently on time for work - Passion for construction - Customer service attitude when approaching clients - Have a professional appearance - Be diligent and organized about personal stock parts. JOB DETAILS - Rate : $28 to 30 p/h - Typical work week from 8-4 - This is a long term position - Mileage expenses covered References & background checks will be required.
