Every agent must find talent of every genre. Agents receive 40% commission for talent that has retained our company’s services. This position also requires advertising, which would be funded through our business account. After the first 90 days of being hired, every agent will receive a company gas card and cellphone. Every agent will have their own desk as well. Production Every producer and engineer, will have 24/7 access to our studios, equipment, and any resource that’s available in our facility. Our IT & Graphic Design team will create your own customized website, with snippets of your work, to bring in more clients. Each session, You will receive 65%, plus what we charge clients to master their music.
