Join us for a 90-minute fully guided yoga session in the Krishnamacharya tradition where every movement is coordinated with your prana. The class will include a guided yoga nidra practice. The session will be followed by our healing turmeric chai which you can sip in meditative silence in the practice hall, or while you socialize with your friends outside.
In accordance to State of Michigan guidelines, participants must wear a mask covering their mouth and nose at all times. Social distancing guidelines will also be in place.
