ATLANTA — Police are investigating a fatal shooting at a gas station near Atlanta's Sylvan Hills neighborhood. Around 7:30 p.m., on Monday police responded to a report that a person was shot at the Texaco in the 1700 block of Sylvan Road, police said. Officers arrived to find a man suffering from a gunshot wound in the parking lot, authorities said. The man, who has not been identified, was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital where he later died.
