Description

Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, tile, and landscaping a must. Some of the duties are as follows: Repairs: Drywall, electrical, plumbing, paint, framing, masonry, loose bricks Landscape: Lights, dust cobwebs, trimming, weed removal/spray, pesticide, and lighting Pool Area / Furniture: Pool servicing, Lawn Chairs, Barbeque Grill, Umbrellas – wipe down Koi Pond: Clean net leaves & debris, maintain, repair, refill water if low Grounds Sweep, blow leaves. Always make sure everything is put away (ladders, tools etc.) When under construction make sure grounds are organized as much as possible during off hours. Water bottles tossed, concrete bags, blocks, tools stacked etc.
