Hello, We are looking for a new team member to help in our certified organic facility where we prepare ceremonial herbal blends in small batches, with love, by hand, to ensure the quality of all products! Bear Blend is a small organic herbal company with the mission to keep the language of our herbs alive through ritual and ceremony! Our herbal medicine and their stories have been gaining tremendous traction in communities around the world, thank you! Typically this would be an easy task to broadcast (calling all herbalist, calling all herbalists!) however we are all living in challenging times and we are trying to grow our small family run business during a pandemic, which requires a covid-conscious individual with the safety of our small team and products in mind! We are looking for someone with full time availability that can commit to 6-8 hour shifts, 4-5 days a week. A standard shift would be broken into two hour periods of packaging different herbal products including, weighing, labeling, and sealing finished products. As we work with food grade material this require us to wear gloves and mask while handling the product. As well, our current state of covid virus will require you to wear a personal protective mask at all time in our Organic facility! Along with joining our mission you will be learning about and handling over 50 different organic herbs throughout your day while exchanging positive energy with your surroundings! The job would start at $14.50/ hr for 90 day probationary period, in which time we can assess how the new team member is doing as well as moving forward after 90 day period.
