Apartment complex (50 units) is looking for a general maintenance person for a full-time position. Hourly based on experience Must have own reliable transportation, insurance and tools Must pass criminal background check Full-Time position M-F, weekends (rarely) for emergencies For general maintenance/repairs and apartment turnovers Must have skills: Bilingual - English and Spanish Painting and patching holes, drywall Landscaping and repair Plumbing - Changing faucets, changing toilets, clearing drains, fixing garbage disposals, fixing leaks, fixing bathtub stems, repair pipe, etc Electrical - changing ceiling fans, changing outlets, troubleshooting, light fixtures Front and interior door replacements Flooring - Tile installation, baseboards Special consideration for: Swimming pool filter cleaning Appliance repair - Refrigerators, Electric stoves Cabinet installation Slab leak repair - soldering copper pipe, jackhammer Welding Please submit resume or call for consideration Interviews will be conducted asap This position will be filled immediately Please email resume.
