Handyman Needed for PM

Property Management company in need of a PART-TIME handyman. We are currently managing 50+ units and need a handyman to make regular maintenance calls to the properties. We will continue to expand in the coming months and years and the number of hours will increase with the number of properties. We would love to find the right person and stick with them for several years! We are looking for a reliable handyman to help address minor issues that arise at our properties. Tasks include things like fixing leaking sinks, snaking drains, replace door knobs, installing lights or fans, replacing outlets and switches, and various other items. Being able to fix appliances would be great too. Applicants must have tools and truck, experience with various trades and be somewhat tech savvy (smart phone and be able to email at a minimum).
