Help me dig and concrete in foundation for flagpole

Hi, I work with flagpoles all the time. Tomorrow I will dig the hole (about 4 ft deep) and mix the concrete for a flagpole. I need THREE guys with some muscle and an abilty to follow instructions. We start at 11:00 AM. One guy must have a truck to bring the concrete (about 30 sixty pound bags). It should only take about 4-5 hours. I pay $20.00 per hour. I will guarantee you $80.00.
