Water Mitigation Technician Priority One Construction Services LLC Arlington, WA 98223 Job details 2 Positions Available! Pay $17.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE Job type - Full Time Schedule - Monday through Friday Benefits - Paid Time Off Job description - Priority One Contractor Services is growing!! We are looking for a hard working individual for our Water Mitigation/Restoration division. The best candidate will have experience and come ready to lead a project and possibly a team. Must have excellent communication and be flexible with work hours as some nights and weekends are required as it is an emergency service we provide. Duties will primarily include: - Water and smoke damage cleanup - Demolition - Restoration - Equipment set up and take down - Contents pack out and storage (if needed) - Clean fire damaged property - Perform emergency services after hours - Boarding up damaged property - Complete documentation Requirements - Must have IICRC Water Certification - Must have a minimum of 1 year experience with mitigation work - Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds - Ability to supervise a crew of 2-5 technicians at one time - Strong work ethic/Self-starter - Enjoys learning and developing new skills - Comfortable in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekend, after-hours, weekend, and holidays. - Strong communications skills. - A valid driver license with a reasonable driving record. - Reliable Transportation Work Location: Multiple locations This Job Is: Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED A “Fair Chance” job (you or the employer follow Fair Chance hiring practices when performing background checks) A job for which all ages, including older job seekers, are encouraged to apply Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma
