We have more than 12,000+ locations using our software to process payments and increase revenue via our integrated solutions. We are looking for a part-time Shipping Clerk whose primary responsibility will be picking, packaging, and shipping hardware devices and marketing materials to our customers and vendors. Additionally, the Shipping Clerk will conduct quality assurance checks on hardware devices prior to mailing them out. Responsibilities: Pick, pack, and ship hardware orders and marketing materials Hardware QA / Testing Adhere to assigned schedule and meet departmental productivity performance metrics Work effectively with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly, and push, pull, and bend frequently throughout shift Basic computer and office equipment skills and experience using Microsoft Office Suite Must be able to maintain reliable attendance and a clean, organized work environment Must work well in a team environment and maintain a high standard of professional conduct Preferred Qualifications: Previous shipping and receiving experience A+ Certified AS/AA in a technical field OR a combination of experience, education, and training equivalent to a two-year degree 1stMILE, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer
