Job Description: ACP Blason is looking for a professional, energetic, and motivated foreman with experience in the epoxy floor coatings industry. This individual will be responsible for managing the installation of epoxy/coatings/ resinous flooring systems. We are looking for a foreman who can demonstrate excellent managerial and problem-solving skills while providing the clients with a great finished product. Requirements: •3-5 years proven experience in flooring application installation (epoxy, urethanes, polyaspartics, urethane cement, etc.). •Supervisory/management experience. •Extensive knowledge of typical products/systems in the industry. •Strong communication skills, highly motivated, display high level of professionalism. •Ability to work with a team to communicate/report all details of daily activity on a project. •Candidates must be willing to travel and stay out of town for extended periods of time. •Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays when needed. •Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. •Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical. •Authorized to work in the United States. Responsibilities: •Install epoxy coatings & other resinous flooring systems. •Manage project materials and resources as well as oversee the use of equipment & tools. •Maintain compliance with all health and safety rules on each site. •Conduct safety tailgate meetings with crew. •Maintain and exceed production targets. •Communicate daily with management regarding job updates. •Communicate with management regarding changes in scope on each project. •Assign general and daily responsibilities. •Work with the rest of our leadership team to ensure a successful finish. •Ability to troubleshoot broken equipment on site as needed. •Reminds/ensures team to clock in/clock out daily from Lunch/Breaks. •Ability, to read, write and send emails professionally to PM/Contractor. •Report accurate working hours on daily work reports. •Occasionally, take work trips on short notice per management. •All other duties as assigned by management.
