Part time work (Saturday/Sunday 7:30 AM-4:00 PM) (Required to work on Holidays: New Years Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day) Applicant must be able to effectively speak in English (Bilingual in Spanish is a plus) Janitorial/maintenance staff reports directly to the Association Manager and is responsible for performing janitorial duties listed below: 1. Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, polishing, shinning or any other kind of cleaning activity. 2. Clean Front Desk Lobby 3. Sweep, rake or vacuum common areas (Hallways, pool area etc...) 4. Cleaning mirrors and glass in common area. 5. Emptying garbage cans/ recycling bins. 6. Cleaning laundry rooms 7. Respond to service request in a timely matter.
