UO needs volunteers for study on cold water baths

Description

Research Participants Needed Individuals aged 18-40 years are needed for a study investigating the effects of cold-water exposure on cardiovascular health. The study will involve one 30-minute screening session and one 2-hour study session. The study session will include 15 minutes of lying in a cold bath (50°F). Subjects must not have a cardiovascular disease or any other chronic diseases. This study is being conducted in the Department of Human Physiology at the University of Oregon.
