February 2021 Job Title: Production Worker Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor Hours: Full Time - 5 days per week 7:00 am – 4:00 pm & Saturdays 7:00 am to Noon (Days, hours and times may vary depending on location needs) Job Summary: Process computers, electronics, and scrap metals brought in for recycling. Duties Include (but are not limited to): Tear down scrap computers and electronics into different metals grades or components Sort scrap metals into different aluminum, copper, brass, wire, stainless, and steel grades Package items in Gaylord boxes or stretch wrap on skids Practicing good onsite safety, wearing issued PPE at all times Add items / update items in inventory system Assist with facility grounds keeping Assist at recycling collection drive efforts or with customer pick ups Assist with loading / unloading trucks and dumpsters Skills Needed: Dependable and punctual attendance General computer usage skills Able to use power tools / hand tools Must be physically capable of lifting and moving 75 lbs Good communication skills Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience Preferred: Previous experience in a production, agriculture, or manufacturing setting Requirements: Must be 18 years or older to apply Valid drivers license, transportation, and good standing driving record
