JOB DESCRIPTION:This role will be for pressure washing, sandblasting, taping and painting of all types of heavy duty trucks and equipment, in a very large and state of art paint booth. JOB DUTIES: Masking the vehicle or equipment Mix Industrial paint to meet specifications Spray area that needs touching up Independently make decisions on proper steps need to perfect appearance of touch up REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Knowledge of required tools to perform job functions Ability to adhere to high quality standards Be able to pay attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of proper paint mixing Ability to meet manufacturer specifications Ability to follow directions Ability to work in a close team environment Extreme Safety Awareness MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge and good taping ability – 2yrs Prior automotive and Equipment paint experience - 2yrs Good knowledge of paint mixing - 2yrs Aware of EPA & safety standards in a paint booth and work environment PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Technical school training High school or GED PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Ability to lift 55 pounds Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to kneel, climb, lay down on solid surface Ability to adapt to tight areas Ability to wear respirator Ability to wear suit for sandblasting HOURS AND AVAILIBILITY Monday through Friday 7am-4pm. Overtime as required. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $14.00 /hour to $19.00/hour DOE
