Responsibilities
• Work with Homeowner Insurance Companies to facilitate claims for loss due to fire, water or storm damage
• Manage a network of sub-contractors
• Sell Construction jobs, execute contracts and present Service Authorization Forms for client signatures
• Track job status and invoicing
• Develop strategic relationships with other industry professionals
• Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
• Manage operations and finances of projects in production
• Recruit and train new hires on business practices
• Drive the development of employees
• Enforce company policies
• Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained
• Report directly to owners of business daily
• Assist sales team
• Assist Estimator with floorplans, photos, job notes
Qualifications
• 5+ years Management and Customer Service experience required
• 3+ years in Residential and Commercial construction preferred
• Experience managing and selling Large Loss projects
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team
• Strong administrative skills
• Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting
• Strong communications skills, verbal and writing
• Computer proficient a must
Excellent benefits and compensation package. Salary plus bonuses for underbudget production. Vehicle, phone, computer and support staff to aid in admin duties, billing and compliance.
65K base, bonus based on growth and metrics, 2 weeks PTO, Holidays, 401K, company-paid medical/dental benefits after waiting period
