I have a large apartment complex. We have first company aquatherm heating and air conditioning split system with outside condenser and ceiling mount air handler for heating and cooling. We are looking for an experienced hvac person who is looking for some extra work in the evening, days off etc to handle our hvac needs. Must have own gauges and tools to do the job. We will pay $20/hour and can probably employ you 8-16 hours per week if you have the time. We will commit to a 4 hour minimum of work but might have to have you do other things besides Hvac or you can work less then 4 hours at a time. We are flexible. Usually we have plenty of make ready work or minor repairs.
We also could use someone who has extensive experience doing appliance repairs ( Gas stoves, refrigerators, and dishwasher repairs.
