We are currently looking for a few talented painters to join our team! Our company is Lenzen Pro Painting, a licensed and insured painting contracting company serving Las Vegas and Henderson. We primarily work on residential interiors and exteriors, as well as refinishing Cabinets and Garage Floor Epoxy application. We also work on large and small commercial projects, some at prevailing wage. We are NOT your standard painting contractor…. The people we bring onto our team stay with us, as they become and are treated as family. Trust and Integrity are key values. Our painters are compensated well, always paid on time, and allowed to manage themselves, so long as our requirements and expectations are met along the way. We are looking for just a few high-value painters to join our team and stay with us for the rest of their painting career. If you do not appear extremely professional in your communication, you will not be contacted or even considered. 1. Able and willing to work on roofs, as well as heights of up to 35 feet. Able and willing to work in varying temperatures outside. Able and willing to work with latex and does not have a latex allergy. Must work safely by yourself and with others. 2. Are above the age of 18 years old and are a legal resident of the United States. 3. Ready, willing and able to work with all genders, sexual orientations, races, and classes of individuals, in residential and commercial environments. Discrimination or intolerance of any sort will result in immediate removal. 4. Have 10 years of interior, exterior and residential painting/staining experience. Must be able to work solo on projects and be self directed as well able to work in Teams. 5. Have reliable transportation. 6. Able and willing to work 32-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, year-round. We are looking for a full-time painter. 7. Possess the following characteristics: detail-oriented, hard-working, honest (with yourself, with us, and with the homeowner).
