Much Loved Black Cat Lost - 2+ Years

We last saw my dear friend Tansy on August 30th, 2018. She is a very friendly and sweet cat, and we are still hoping someone may have taken her in without realizing she was someone else's pet. She was wearing a flea collar and tag when she went missing, but it was a breakaway and may have been lost. She is a small, solid black spayed female with a few scattered white hairs, big yellow eyes, and a thick, fluffy tail. We don't know if she might have climbed in a car or something and been accidentally transported out of the area. I found out some months later that the very day she went missing, someone just two houses down moved out and went down south, so if she climbed into a moving truck or something, she may have ended up in Indy. Of course I would love to have her back, but at this point, if she is someone else's cat now, I really just want to know if she is safe.
