This lead position will require previous experience installing all aspects of landscape construction work including irrigation system installation from installation of double check valves (certification not needed) to setting up sprinkler controllers, valves, pipe installation etc., all aspects of hardscaping including pavers, flagstone, block and rock retaining walls, LED lighting set-up, drainage work, grading, sod installation, planting, water feature installation. This position will report to the owner of the company and be the lead point person responsible for completing installation projects and quality control to maintain the highest standards of customer service we provide. Signing bonus of $1000 paid after successful completion of 90 day probation period **Must be able to work alone as needed, or direct a crew as needed. Must be able to effectively communicate and coordinate with Supervisor, crew and office staff. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds, work in inclement weather, and have WSDL with insurable record. Health Insurance; Company IRA plan with employer contribution; Paid Vacation after probationary period. Year-round work. Some mandatory overtime during busy season.
