Hi my name is Damon Gibson. I build high end fences and decks in West Seattle. I love what I do and take a lot of pride in my work. The philosophy I've built my business around is craftsmanship, learning and efficiency. Doing projects well makes for happy clients and a fun/rewarding workday. Most of my work comes from referrals and you can see from our reviews why. I often take on projects that have design challenges or use unusual and unique materials. This means that we'll always be learning new skills. With more standard projects the goal is productivity and we'll be working quickly and maximizing productivity. Your pay (both starting out and going forward) will be directly linked to a list of skills and abilities that I've put together. I'll email you a copy of that before I interview you. Things like your competency on specific tools, clearly defined tasks that you'll utilize on common projects, proficiency and professional knowledge/leadership. You'll see a well defined path to move up in skill and proficiency and a corresponding advance in your hourly pay. I'll train you and encourage you to advance as quickly as possible.
