I am looking for an experienced handyman who is familiar with property preservation. We clean out foreclosed properties, preparing them for resale. This job consists of debris removal, repairs and maintenance, lawn maintenance, etc. This job is physical. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds. It requires knowledge and experience with using basic hand tools. Can you confidently install handrails, sump pumps, re-glaze windows, perform lock changes. Are you able to do deck and step repairs and carry heavy loads? Are you familiar with using lawn/snow equipment and driving with trailers? Do you enjoy working outdoors in all weather? Something different each day? Do you work well as a team and on your own? Can you be a leader if necessary directing a team? If yes, this job may be for you! This is part-time, approximately 30+ hours per week. Starting pay is $14 an hour. Pay increase after first 90 days if you are consistently on time, efficient and experienced with the job. Apply ONLY if you have a drivers license and your own vehicle for transportation to and from work. MUST be able to pass a background check.
