Need 2 strong people... Thanks for the offer but I found 2 guys. Based on the high number of applicants it seems the economy is rougher on everyone than anyone is admitting on the news. I have helped people in my industries, restaurants and private tutoring, get onto the Covid Unemployment Assistance. I can't promise you any success but the old unemployment system has been overhauled for this emergency, and it is retroactive. I filed for the 2nd time in December after being rejected in March for being self-employed. I qualify for the lowest amount of Virginia unemployment, $153 per week, but I also got the $600 per week federal payments that ran until July 30. Start with the Virginia site to apply, even if you get rejected (I did) the emergency program runs through gov2go. After struggling all year it was a nice year end bonus, I wish you luck in acquiring what Virginia residents are entitled to in times of emergency, and if you live in another state I encourage you to explore their options.
