BOD Church, located ten minutes away from Temple University, is looking for musicians and vocal talent looking to utilize their skills and experience a growing environment. BOD is looking to grow its live and online worship presence through music and sound under new leadership. If you are looking for purposeful work and looking to be a part of an organization that makes an impact, this position is for you! We are more than a church, but an establishment that develops, nurtures, and grow entrepreneurs, creatives, and business professionals. We believe that everyone plays a unique role in the world, and if you feel uncertain about your calling, this is the position for you. We are currently looking for the following people with experience in Christian and Gospel music. Musicians (Experience or Intermediate) • Pianist • Guitar Player • Drummer Singers (Experience or Intermediate) • Sopranos • Alto • Tenors • Bass Our goal is to create a Worship Environment that inspires the audience to be themselves and worship God at the same time. Music is one of the best ways for a community to connect. We want to offer our community the best and latest Christian music. What we’re looking for in a Musician and Singer: • A heart for God and willingness to serve him and the church • Openness and drive • Talent and experience • A good indicator of pitch and reading music • Easy to get along with and team player Hours and Schedule Six hours per week with a rotating weekend schedule. • 3 hours per week for day or night rehearsals • 3 hours for Sunday worship gatherings and recordings We love and appreciate all voices!
