We are a property preservation company that is in need of lawn maintenance crews and maid crews. The lawn maintenance is every 2 weeks while a maid refresh is monthly. Maids are at the same properties as the recuts. We have a list of properties that we would provide to you, in your local area. These are time sensitive work orders that must be done within a 3 day period. Besides your lawn equipment (mower, edger, weed eater and blower) and cleaning supplies, all you need is a smart phone. All orders are photographed and submitted on a mobile app. **Pinellas County does require you to have a BMP certificate. There is room to grow as a subcontractor with our company. Once you complete recurring services on time and show quality of your work, we are willing to offer you additional services. We offer direct deposit on a weekly basis. We have openings for Pinellas, Hillsborough, Polk and Manatee. We would love to see if you are a fit with our company.
