JOB RESPONSIBILITIES These responsibilities are to be completed every day, for every crew, without fail.  Allocate equipment and crew members per red sheet for each crew  Confirm and sign off on every red sheet before crews leave warehouse  Enter red sheet Actuals from previous day (Operations Manager Only)  Review schedule with all managers to ensure all job sites are assigned and visited throughout the day  Check crews for any questions or concerns about the project such as payment or repair plan  Upon arrival of each job site check:  Use of safety equipment  Hole covers  Marked pier depth  Pressure of each piling  Cleanliness of job site  Communicate with homeowner/client job progress or any potential issues  Check all crews progress 2 times a day:  11:30 to 12:30 – check progress  2:30 to 3:30 – check progress  Update scheduling department on jobs finishing early or late  Reallocate equipment and man power from jobs that finish early to jobs running over  Hold crew chiefs accountable for red sheet goals and safety protocols Required: English/Spanish Bilingual, must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
