We are a well established company looking to hire skilled and reliable hard workers with a positive attitude to join our team. To qualify you must be over 18, punctual, take pride in your work, be able to lift 50-75 pounds, have a valid Indiana drivers license with reliable transportation. Landscaping: 1 year (Preferred) Lawn Care: 1 year (Preferred) Qualifications: Mowing, Skilled Labor -Positive attitude and clean appearance -Working knowledge of properly trimming and cutting using commercial equipment -Ability to perform equipment maintenance -Ability to work in a fast-paced manner -Ability to arrive on-time, with consistent reliability - Understanding time management and quality assurance Landscaping, Skilled Labor -Positive attitude and clean appearance -Ability to use equipment(skid steer, etc.) -Ability to shape & trim shrubs -Ability to plant bushes, trees, flowers, etc -Ability to edge, create beds, mulch -Ability to perform with minimal instruction -Understanding time management and quality assurance Entry-Level Labor -Positive attitude and neat appearance -Follow instruction and apply training -Ability to work in a fast-paced manner -Ability to arrive on-time, with consistent reliability. -Ability to receive and apply performance feedback You should expect to work 40-50 hours per week and weekends as needed.
