Fulfillment Specialist
Primary responsibilities include:
Pick, invoice, pack and ship orders in a timely and safe manner
Work to meet daily shipping and receiving deadlines
Assist in receiving inventory and returns and help maintain an accurate inventory
Keep showroom, backstock and clearance area organized
Works with the Inventory & Fulfillment Specialist to receive and restock inventory, update labeling and perform regular inventory cycle counts
Works with the Customer Support Team to fulfill backorders
Work with VP of Operations to keep packing and shipping supplies organized and well stocked
May help with some light manufacturing and other tasks as needed
The Fulfillment Specialist should be an efficient worker with a good attention to detail. They must be able to work independently and meet regular shipping deadlines while ensuring product is delivered to the customer in a safe and timely fashion. The Fulfillment Specialist should be comfortable working in an environment that is noisy and can be both hot and cold.
Prerequisites:
Must be comfortable in a loud and dusty environment
Ability to stand or be on one’s feet for extended periods of time
Ability to lift at least 40lbs
Valid driver’s license and insurable
Possess strong computer skills, experience with QuickBooks or similar order management software
