We are currently seeking a highly motivated Cleaning Technician for Real Property Management Solutions. The Cleaning Technician is responsible for providing Turnover cleaning and Rent-Ready preparations for vacant homes for the properties we manage throughout the City of Portland and surrounding areas. A strong candidate will bring experience in the cleaning industry along with exceptional organizational skills. Bonus would include knowledge and experience in very basic handyman skills (or a willingness to learn them). The position will be responsible for the timely and professional completion of tasks to the standards of our organization. Responsibilities Provide Rent-Ready cleaning and preparation for managed properties as assigned   Rent-Ready Inspection Move-Out and Move-In Inspections  Photographs when needed Site visits as necessary Other duties as assigned Qualifications 1-2 years’ experience Ability to write and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff Basic computer skills General maintenance and repair knowledge is a Bonus Willingness to learn - Continual training and development with options for upward mobility.  - Opportunity for health benefits after 90 days.
