Lost: Small (3-4 lb) black and white Persian Cat with gold eyes, unaltered female. Looks like a kitten but is 2 years old. Whistles when she breathes after any exertion or when startled due to heart condition. She has several large mats in her coat because she hates being combed and it stresses her out and aggravates her breathing. Got out the door in Beaver Avenue/Oakdale neighborhood on 1/31/2021.
