In need of dependable furniture movers

I am the owner of a moving company. I am in need of guys that I can call upon to do moving jobs when they arise. This is not a full time, consistent gig until spring/summer as not as many people move in the Winter. I pay $15 an hour with a 2 hour minimum. Some gigs may come with more of a minimum. I'm looking for guys with their own transportation. If you have a pickup truck with a hitch, even better. Need hard workers that's dependable and trustworthy.
