Cleaning Specialist - Position includes but is not limited to cleaning of the following: interior and exterior glass, electrical and plumbing fixtures, stainless steel, sweeping, mopping, floor stripping, and waxing in new and existing commercial construction sites. The applicant must be able to bend, stoop, stand, and walk for extended periods of time. Additionally, the applicant must be able to climb ladders and stairs. Attention to detail and the ability to work well with others is extremely important. Must have or be able to obtain work boots prior to the start date. You will be coming to our office each day and riding in our vehicles with our crews. You must have transportation to our office daily. Applicants with valid driver's license are highly encouraged to apply. Must be available for work Monday-Saturday.
