Aqua-Tots Swim School is looking for an energetic Swim Instructor with a sincere love of children and swimming. Aqua-Tots Swim School specializes in teaching children to swim from day one. Our highly trained instructors are experts in our proprietary curriculum. Combined with our 91 degree water, full-sized pools, children are provided the optimal learning environment. We are dedicated to developing our children into confident, life-long swimmers. We would love to have you as part of our program and we hope to see you in our pools soon! Swim Instructor Job Responsibilities: The main focus of a swim instructor is to teach swimming skills in accordance to Aqua-Tots curriculum in a fun, positive manner Provide continuous, positive corrective feedback to students and parents on their swimming efforts Structure class time appropriately to incorporate repetition, reinforcement, and introduction of required skills Ensure swimmer safety Maintain proper equipment and time organization to ensure timely class start times Swim Instructor Job Requirements: Must be able to swim all strokes Experience working with children Relate well to children, parents, team members, and have superior communication skills High energy and hustle Friendly, positive attitude Strong work ethic If you meet all the time requirements above, are a team player, energetic, easy going and are enthusiastic to work with children and make a difference in their lives then this is the job for you!
