Farm Field Worker Who we are: We are a family-owned and operated cannabis farm located in Southern Oregon. This region of the world boasts some of the best conditions for the cultivation of outdoor cannabis with its premium terroir coupled with an ideal environment. Our farms use organic principles that are respectful to the environment and to the health of our consumers. Who you are: A motivated, reliable, hard-working individual who likes to work with others and who enjoys having a variety of tasks and projects. Qualifications: Stays on task and manages time effectively. Applicants must have a valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit, or the ability to get one before starting. Open availability. Reliable transportation is required, as well as the ability to lift 30lbs repeatedly when needed. Ability to stand, sit, climb, twist, and kneel up to 14 hours/day. Ability to perform repetitive movements with your hands. Ability to work in climates with varying temperatures.
