Element Farms is looking for Greenhouse Operations Associates who are committed to bringing pesticide-free, safe, sustainable and local greens to more people throughout the tristate area. In our high-tech greenhouse in Lafayette, NJ, we use automation and custom machinery to successfully grow in-demand crops like baby spinach, arugula, pea shoots, and more. As a Greenhouse Operations Associate, you’ll help with harvesting, heavy lifting, washing, seeding, and more. The right candidate will have availability for 3-5 days during Monday-Saturday. Hours are from 8 am - ~6pm. Long-term candidates preferred. Role starts ASAP.
