Help with trashout

I need help today (Tuesday) and Wednesday with interior and exterior trashout of a house and yard. $12/hr paid cash at end of day. I will be starting about 11:00 today until dark. I must have a phone number, no time to email or text today. We work year around and are looking for dependable laborers, a handyman, a roofer and reliable subcontractors to do property preservation work independently. We are the number one property preservation team in St Louis and eastern Missouri so we have plenty of work. We have work available in Illinois also.
